What You Need to have for Studio

The following is a list of things you should have before you start studio in architecture:

1. Caffeine
2. An Exacto knife
3. Glue-lots of different kinds
4. Bass wood
5. Chipboard-a compressed board similar to cardboard
6. Colored pencils
7. Drawing pencils
8. A sketchbook
9. A book similar to Designing with Models by Criss B. Mills to help you begin modeling
10. Patience
11. Music to listen to
12. A credit card (or something else) you can use to order supplies online
13. A friend with a car to drive you to buy supplies
14. Lots of time
15. Tape
16. A desire to spend a lot of time with the people in your studio
17. An ability to say "NO" to friends who ask you to hang out on the weekends

Also, please realize that you will most likely be assigned a small project on your first day of studio to get you used to working. Get into a routine of getting your work done. Don't worry...it gets much harder after that first project.
